Meanwhile, Harry is set to hand the honors to his posh pals and veteran royals.

“It’s part of the classic difference between Harry and Meghan – she is still all about celebrity, while Harry is a true blue blood who likes to keep things more subtle when it comes to things like god parenting duties,” the source told

“He is more likely to give that honor to old friends and royals instead of celebrity pals, whereas Meghan will see it as a way to cement her friendship with the likes of the Clooneys,” added the insider.

Royal children generally have a litany of godparents.

Prince William and Kate Middleton’s son, George, has seven godparents, including one of Kate’s pals, Emilia Jardine-Paterson, and the couple’s daughter, Charlotte, has five godparents.
