Megan Fox is going after Brad Pitt’s manager Cynthia Pett-Dante for $5 million, claiming she is partly responsible for the actress purchasing a multi- million Malibu property that turned out to be a money pit of repairs.

According to reports, Fox, 32, said in court papers that Pett-Dante was a member of a sellers’ consortium who sold her the $3.2 million dollar dud.

At first, Fox said in court papers, she believed she had scored a “paradise in bucolic Malibu where she could raise her young family.”

However, Fox found out the pricey property allegedly had a host of major issues, including severe mold in a bathroom and several bedrooms.

And it wasn’t just the interior spaces that needed major repairs.

Fox noted in her lawsuit that several structures, including a gazebo, stone walls and animal pens, were in violation of local codes and needed to be fixed.
