Going Blind? Mama June Loses Sight In Both Eyes And Is Rushed To Hospital

From Not To Hot star Mama June Shannon has been rushed to hospital after losing sight in both her eyes.

The 38-year-old reality star was rushed to the Emergency Room on Friday's episode.

She was taken to the ER by her boyfriend Geno and daughter Alana - Honey Boo Boo - after waking up without vision in her eyes.

She said: ''What if I lose sight in my good eye? I went totally blind in my right eye four years ago!"

Doctors diagnosed a detached retina and ordered immediate surgery.

A concerned Mama June said: "I don't want to lose my independency."

Fortunately, the retina was reattached and the surgery was a success allowing Mama June to return home to recover from her operation.

However, there is a 50/50 chance she will regain sight after healing so the family remans worried.

Daughter Pumpkin came back home to help her mother in the recovery as they sat on the bed and chatted.

Meanwhile, Mama June's ex, Sugar Bear, was angry because he thinks she is trying to keep their daughter Alana away from him.

He left an angry message as he screams down the phone: "I don't know what the hell you're trying to pull."

Mama June has lost an amazing 300 lbs after weight loss surgery.
