Luann De Lesseps Joins 'RHONY' Trip To Cartagena — But Will Leave Early For Court!

Luann de Lesseps' legal troubles are getting in the way of her life of leisure!

The Real Housewives of New York cast left for a swanky trip to Cartagena, Colombia over the weekend, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal, but the troubled Countess, 52, must leave the fun early due to an upcoming court date  in Florida.

"They left for five days, and Luann went with them," an insider told RadarOnline.com. "It's assumed she is leaving early, since she can't be in both places at once."

According to Florida's Palm Beach County court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, de Lesseps must attend the 8:30 am hearing on February 14 in West Palm Beach.

Ramona Singer and Carole Radziwill are also on the girls' getaway, while Bethenny Frankel appears to have remained in New York.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the de Lesseps was charged with assaulting a police officer and disorderly conduct after a disturbing incident in a Palm Beach hotel on December 23.

The mother of two was accused of drunkenly threatening to kill cops and striking one officer in the head.

However, a source told RadarOnline.com she is currently surrounding herself with sober staff and friends in an effort to clean up her life.
