As RadarOnline.com readers know, De Lesseps, 53, checked into rehab for the second time earlier this month, after she started boozing again following her shocking battery arrest.

After the Countess missed a RHONY reunion, costar Bethenny Frankel told PEOPLE: "Luann is now surrounded by a core group of people who truly have her best interests at heart and who are working to make sure she gets the help she needs."
