More than a month after her boozy arrest, Luann de Lesseps and her attorneys are now able to get their hands on evidence from the scene, including her purse, glasses, iPhone, makeup and passport, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
In addition, the Real Housewives of New York star, 52, will be able to view photos, audio and even video of the incident.
According to Palm Beach, Florida court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, the assistant state attorney granted de Lesseps and her attorney, Douglas N. Duncan, permission to “inspect, copy, test and photograph” items held in custody since she was arrested for disorderly intoxication and violence against a police officer in the Colony Hotel on December 23.
Cops are in possession of “jail audio recording: and “in-car video,” documents claim.
In addition to her personal items including the phone and purse, police also have a driver’s license belonging to de Lesseps’ brother, Michael Nadeau.
The defense was also allowed to view the witness list, which includes security guard Carlos Lopez and four officers from the Palm Beach Police Department.
De Lesseps will return to court within the month.
The reality mom is back in her native New York after leaving rehab, and attempting to turn over a new leaf. A source told RadarOnline.com she is eager to hire a new assistant who does not abuse drugs or alcohol.
