'Little Women: LA' Star Christy McGinity Gibel Reveals Adoption Plans Following Cast Brawl

She may have been hospitalized following a nasty fight with her Little Women: LA costar Terra Jole, but Christy McGinity Gibel finally has some good news to share.

In RadarOnline.com's exclusive preview from tonight's season 4 premiere, the 38-year-old Lifetime reality star has a heartfelt discussion with her husband, Todd, about their long-held dream for a baby.

"The last year was absolutely horrible on my body, and it wasn't kind to my marriage either," Gibel, who underwent a grueling IVF process last season, confesses to the cameras. "The fact that my body is starting to feel normal again now that I'm off hormones, makes me feel like I never want to go through any more fertility treatments ever again."

"I know I told you I would try, and I did, and we tried for almost a year, and there was no success…" the outspoken actress tells her husband over ice cream.

"So you're saying you want to adopt?" he responds.

When she clarifies that she only wants to proceed with adoption, Todd gives his wife the answer she was seeking.

"Any baby we give love to will be our child," he says. "Let's do it!"

"I am so excited that Todd is willing to give adoption a chance," she gushes. "I know there are lots of babies out there that needs a home and love."

Last season, the Gibels were devastated to learn their fertility procedures failed after multiple tries.

And just last week, Gibel suffered a brain injury resulting from a vicious brawl with castmate Jole, 35, at a Los Angeles restaurant.

Fortunately, she seems to be doing fine after the incident.

"Thank u all 4 all the love and support," Gibel tweeted on January 19. "At home resting w/ my husband on his bday."
