'Little Women' Divorce? Christy Gibel's Marriage In Shambles Amid Stroke Crisis
After losing best friends Briana Renee and Terra Jole last year, Christy McGinity Gibel secretly suffered a stroke following neck surgery in late November. Now, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal, the struggling Little Women LA star's marriage to husband Todd is hanging by a thread.
"Their marriage is very much in limbo," a source close to the couple told RadarOnline.com, adding that Christy has appeared alone at several recent Little Women LA cast events. "Her friends are very worried."
On the season premiere of Lifetime show last week, the mother of two, 39, confided in pal Ronnie that the overweight Todd, 49, could be addicted to food — and he has six months to lose the weight through diet and exercise.
"All the ladies in the Gibel household have been concerned about Todd's health," the source continued. "His weight is so unhealthy, he has limited mobility."
Amid the marital turmoil, Christy is focusing on recovering from her terrifying stroke.
"I am not the same, and may never be," she revealed last week to RadarOnline.com. "Every day is an uphill battle to do things in my life that I took for granted, like speaking."
