Now, a source who spent time at the facility with the pill-popping beauty has revealed Lisa Marie's shattering revelations, including:
-A close pal of her dad molested her when she was just a girl — and she had a very twisted childhood.
-During her "sham" marriage to Michael Jackson, she discovered stomach-turning evidence her second husband was having sex with young boys.
-She was "unwanted" by her mother, Priscilla, who tried to lock her away in a psych ward.
Lisa Marie confessed the failure of her marriage to Michael Lockwood convinced her to check into the rehab center, which also offers psychological and behavioral treatment, to beat her prescription pill addiction, the source told RadarOnline.com.
After slapping Lockwood with divorce papers in June and charging he'd robbed her blind and left her emotionally shattered and thinking of death, Lisa Marie said she "collapsed," the insider revealed.
She told her fellow patient: "All of a sudden, I f*****g broke and I broke hard. Not necessarily that I wanted to die. . .just lay in bed. I'm talking to the pieces left of me, and I'm trying to remember who I was, because I was strong — but drugs completely changed me."

Elvis' daughter also proclaimed to her fellow addicts: "My marriage was a lie!"
Of course now, as RadarOnline.com readers know, the former couple's twin daughters have been placed in the care of California's Department of Children and Family Services after the singer allegedly discovered "disturbing photos and videos of children" on Lockwood's computer. Does she have a pattern?
Lisa Marie said she was shattered when her mom took her ex-husband's side — and blasted Lisa Marie as "crazy and drug-addicted," said the source.
"She said Priscilla actually talked about putting Lisa Marie in a mental ward after she suffered a relapse during drug treatment," the insider told RadarOnline.com.
Lisa Marie also said she'd been a vicim of childhood sex abuse — by one of Elvis' closest friends — but it didn't go into detail, according to the source.
RadarOnline.com's source also said the singer's troubled childhood included a sordid relationship with one of Priscilla's post-Elvis boyfriends — 28-year-old model Michael Edwards — when she was just 13!
