Kontrolling Kylie Jenner is dishing out the big bucks to build new digs for her baby daddy Travis Scott, but there’s a catch — she wants to know his every move!
An insider tells RadarOnline.com exclusively 20-year-old Jenner's "planning on building a house for Scott next door to hers complete with high-tech security cameras that’ll report his every move."
"She doesn’t want him to live with her in her house, just have him nearby," the snitch spills, adding, "She says it’s to be close to baby but she wants to keep an eye on him too."
The rapper, 25, is said to be "all for it," but pals fear "he doesn’t really know what he’s in for!"
What's more — sources say E! also plans to film Jenner's pregnancy spin-off show at her house – so Travis won’t have much privacy!"
