Kim Zolciak's son Kash Biermann is still recovering from his April dog bite attack, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The 39-year-old mom-of-six posted a photo from a Don't Be Tardy green screen shoot, and the 4-year-old tot was still sporting a bruise on his eye!

Kroy's middle son was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery following the bite. The details of the incident are still unknown, but Brielle revealed that he almost "lost a very important organ."
