Kim Zolciak Reveals She’s Getting Breast Reduction After Boob Lift
Kim Zolciak is going under the knife—again! This Wednesday, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star posted a series of Instagram photos and stories revealing to fans that she will be getting a breast reduction.
“Thx @kanebiermann for taking this pic of me today!! Lopsided boobs and all (clearly it’s the bathing suit lol) but thanks you guys for voting on C/DD can’t wait to downsize a little @dr.hochstein” she captioned a snap of her posing in a teeny red bikini.
On her stories, the blonde bombshell also posted a survey, asking followers to vote on her future boob size! The options were “FULL C” or “DD.”
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Zolciak, 40, previously got a breast augmentation and a lift.
“I obviously have implants. I have the largest implants they actually make, but it doesn’t look that big on my body because of just the way I’m built,” she said on her House of Kim podcast this Wednesday. “But, I’m thinking about actually getting my boobs reduced.”

She added that while she has “like the nicest boobs ever,” she already contacted her doctor and scheduled a surgery date.
“I’m thinking like a C, a full C. I have to have all my clothes altered. I have to buy a size 6 in everything when I could wear a size 2 in tops because of my boobs and then have everything altered. So it’d be nice to just be able to wear something. They’re perky because I had a lift, so it’s not really that, it’s just the weight of them,” explained Zolciak.
Readers know the stunner has always been open about her plastic surgery, even admitting in her new podcast that she’ll keep getting procedures until she’s happy with herself. After all, she’s not getting any younger!
