Desperate For Fame! Kim Kardashian's Cameo CUT From 'The Hills'

Kim Kardashian always wanted reality TV fame, but almost didn't get it!

MTV aired a special "That Was Then, This Is Now" episode of The Hills to honor the show's 10-year anniversary — and aired a never-before-seen cameo by Kardashian, 35!

An unrecognizable Kardashian gets a tour of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's home in the clip, and talks about her Memorial Day Weekend plans with stepbrother Brody Jenner.

The tension between the two siblings was prevalent even back then, as Kardashian and Jenner, 32, attempted to make small talk.

In a ironic twist, Kardashian's rep previously denied the footage existed after Montag and Pratt claimed in 2015 that Kris Jenner approached them to launch the reality star's career.

"Kim used to call Heidi to organize Heidi's closet," Pratt told Complex magazine. "Kim was edited out of Hills episodes organizing Heidi's closet. Now it's like, 'Kim Kardashian breaks the internet with her booty.' Like, what the f**k? That's real life for us."

He also explained that Jenner's eyes would "light up" at the thought of her daughter getting screen time, saying, "she can deny it if she wants, but she comes up to me and is like, 'Spencer, I want you to manage Kim.' I literally started laughing."

The episode did not specify when the scene was filmed, but Kardashian has since gone on to star in a sex tape with Ray J and 12 seasons of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
