Kim Kardashian was slammed today for promoting her new fragrance online — just hours after a deadly mass shooting left at least 12 people dead just minutes away from her Los Angeles home!

This morning, the 37-year-old took to Twitter and Instagram to announce the launch of her latest perfume, writing, "So excited! @KKWFRAGRANCE is coming to @ultabeauty this holiday season! My fragrances launch in all stores across the country on Sunday 11/25!"

Fans instantly began flooding the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star's social media with comments letting her know that her timing was insensitive.

"12 people are dead this morning Kim...and it happened a city over from your home. Get it together," one tweeter wrote.

"I would be much more interested with the developing facts behind a mass murder in Thousand Oaks, CA, that went down late last night Kim! But you really blew this one big time! Massively! Kris Jenner needs have a heart to heart with you!" another wrote.

On Instagram, the KUWTK star was slammed with comments ranging from "Pray for Thousand Oaks," to "You are aware that there was a mass shooting one town over, right?"

The latest backlash comes on the heels of Kardashian's "R-word" scandal last week, when the wife of troubled rapper Kanye West, 41, was slammed for using the controversial word on Instagram.

And the latest outrage doesn't end there. A new Care2 petition demanding Kardashian apologize for riding an elephant in Bali has gathered over 4,000 signatures.
