"Kim has been posing semi-nude in recent days since Chicago was born because she wants to remind the world that she is a hot MILF,” an insider snitched to RadarOnline.com.
“She has never been in better shape in her life, and not having to worry about losing baby weight because of using the surrogate has Kim feeling so confident about the way she looks.”
