The pregnant reality star may have kept it conservative for the cover of Hia, but she definitely showed a lot of skin in the inside pages of the luxury magazine, and RadarOnline.com has the photos.
The 32-year-old reality TV vixen, who recently stirred up controversy during a visit to the Middle East, showed off her oversized assets in a super sexy, revealing and anything but innocent Stephane Rolland white gown in the racy photo shoot.
During her trip to Kuwait in November 2012, Kim wore sported several scandalous style, including a totally sheer and bra-baring top to meet with the U.S. Ambassador of Kuwait, Matthew Tueller.
