Our Kids Saw Us Having Sex, Kristen Bell’s Husband Admits
Kristen Bell told a hilarious (and disturbing) story of her children walking in on her and her husband having sex – and now Dax Shepard himself has confirmed the awkward anecdote! During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Shephard clarified that kids Delta, 2, and Lincoln, 4, “didn’t walk in while I was, like, pounding Mom.” He added that they did, however, see them fooling around under the sheets.
“We put on the TV in the living room — we’re bad parents — and then we stole away for a minute, afternoon delight, but we were just under the sheets and they walked in,” said Shepard, 42. “It was more just explaining why we’re taking, like, a nap in the afternoon while they were on the loose.”
The actor added that he had no idea Bell, 37, had talked about the embarrassing incident on national TV until a fan asked him about it in public.
“It wasn’t full coitus interruptus,” Shepard told the show host after coming clean about the incident, “but suffice it to say, I couldn’t have gotten out of bed at that moment. That would’ve been a strange nap I was taking.”
