Pregnant Kenya Moore Diagnosed With Preeclampsia, Delivering First Child Early
Feb. 25 2019, Updated 11:34 a.m. ET
Baby Daly could be here any day now. Kenya Moore revealed over Instagram that tests have confirmed The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is suffering from preeclampsia and will deliver her child with husband Marc Daly early.
"Tests confirmed I do have preeclampsia today," she wrote on IG story. "I will have to deliver #babydaly early but I'm being closely monitored to determine when. Thank you for all your love and well wishes."
Moore, 47, posted a photo of her swollen feet over the weekend.
"I made fun of my swollen feet at @cynthiabailey10 party," she captioned the photo. "Next day my tests came back for possible preeclampsia... I gained 17 lbs in ONE week due to severe swelling and water retention, high blood pressure and excess protein in urine. This is NOT normal!"
She continued, "I took more tests. Baby is fine but if they come back higher #babydaly will have to come same day."
It still doesn't look like fans will be able to see the baby drama unfold despite Moore attending Bailey's recent party.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Moore crashed Bailey's bash in a desperate attempt to get back on RHOA.
"There is no guarantee that Kenya will make the final cut of the show," a source previously told RadarOnline.com. "The editing won't be done until the beginning of the New Year and the network might not want Kenya at all."
If Moore does make it on the show, she isn't getting paid, the insider alleged.
"Kenya did not have a deal with Bravo or the production company to get compensation for being at Bailey's 'exotic escape' party," the source said. "She had been offered an appearance fee before the season started, for $1,500 each time she filmed, but she turned that down."
The insider added, "Kenya really thought this would be her way back on the show, but she is wrong. No decisions will be made for a while about Kenya."
