Kelly Ripa Takes Humiliating Dig At Ryan Seacrest Amid Sexual Harassment Allegations

Kelly Ripa took a humiliating dig at Ryan Seacrest this Wednesday, February 28, on Live! following his sexual harassment scandal.

The first part of the morning show consisted of 20 minutes of improvised banter on a variety of topics, during which Ripa, 47, bluntly asked Seacrest, 43, "do you want me to put your shoes back on for you?"

The fiery question came after the two discussed creating a "treadmill day" for the show.

Seacrest — humiliated and taken completely off guard by the inquiry — hesitated to come up with a response.

"You don't mind, do you?" He joked.

The odd exchange between the cohosts seemed to reference the claims fired against Seacrest by his former stylist. As RadarOnline.com readers know, the woman claimed the TV star pushed her head towards his crotch when she was tying his shoes!

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Ripa has tried to steer clear of speaking about her costar's sexual harassment allegations. On Tuesday's show, she even refused to speak of the topic, as a source claimed she repeatedly defended Seacrest to fellow staff member and called him "the nicest guy."

According to the insider, Kelly "insisted they ignore" her costar's sexual harassment scandal. It seems, however, that she couldn't hold off on poking fun at Seacrest's sex drama for much longer.

Following Variety's report about the stylist, Seacrest has vehemently denied the allegations, and investigators found insufficient proof to accuse him of any crime.

"I don't want to accuse anyone of not telling the truth, but in this case, I have no choice but to again deny the claims against me, remind people that I was recused of any wrongdoing, and put the matter to rest," Seacrest said in a statement this Tuesday.

Seacrest is still expected to host the Oscars red carpet for the network this Sunday, March 4.
