Sobriety Or Babies! Thomas Ravenel Gives Kathryn Dennis Ultimatum In Custody Agreement

The 24-year-old reality star finally reached a custody agreement with Thomas Ravenel, 54, but according to Charleston, S.C. documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, she could be back to square one if she fails a drug test.
"Mother shall be required to take any drug or alcohol tests requested by Father," the documents read, adding that Dennis must take the tests within 24 hours. "Should Mother fail to show up for a requested drug or alcohol test within the allotted 24-hour window, mother shall be deemed positive for drugs and alcohol at which time her visitation shall return to the supervised visitation as described in….Phase 1."
RadarOnline.com previously reported that her visitation would be granted in five stages as long as she remained sober.
Ravenel and Dennis have been fighting over Kensie, 3, and St. Julien, 1, since their 2016 split.
Their battle took a shocking turn at the Southern Charm season three reunion when Ravenel accused her of failing a drug test and Dennis accused him of being an "alcoholic" Instead. She later accused him of using mushrooms and cocaine in front of their tots.

RadarOnline.com previously reported that Thomas served a 10-month prison sentence after being busted for cocaine in 2007. He was South Carolina's State Treasurer at the time.
