Kim Zolciak's Son Kash Biermann Copes With Painful Eye Injury After Dog Bite

A new clip of Kash Biermann dealing with his eye injury has just been released, RadarOnline.com has learned, and it is heartbreaking.
During a Don't Be Tardy episode teaser, Kim Zolciak, 39, and husband Kroy Biermann, 32, are seen putting eye drops in five-year-old Kash's injured eye as he plays around the house.
"I want to be outside," says Kash in tears before his parents convince him he has to remain indoors to get better.
Kroy tells his son the heat will make his face more swollen, while Kim says the doctor told him to "chill" so his bones can heal properly.
Eventually Kash gives in and sits down to enjoy lunch with his parents. "You're so beautiful," Kim says while looking at Kash' injured face.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Kash suffered a horrific eye injury when his beloved dog playfully bit his face.
"If it was a centimeter above he would have lost his eye. His whole eyelid was hanging off," sister Brielle Biermann, 20, previously said about the incident.
Kash, however, now seems to be on the road to recovery.
