Kardashian Lawyer Slams Blac Chyna Attorney After She Raves About Going To Trial
The vicious legal war between Blac Chyna, and Rob Kardashian’s famous family has only gotten nastier.
Moments after Chyna’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, took to Twitter to announce that her client would be facing the Kardashian clan next month, the family’s own attorney, Shawn Holley, fired back.
“The Bloom Firm’s tweet is not an accurate statement of what happened in court today,” Holley told ET. “In fact, the Kardashians have successfully chipped away at Ms. White’s outlandish claims since her lawsuit was filed, culminating in today’s hearing —a hearing at which the Court invited counsel for the Kardashians to seek attorney fees against the Bloom Firm for their failure to support Ms. White’s spurious allegations with actual evidence.”
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Blac Chyna, 30, sued baby daddy Rob Kardashian, 31, as well as Kim Kardashian, 38, Khloe Kardashian, 34, Kylie Jenner, 21, and even momager Kris Jenner, 63, on October of 2017 after Rob posted a series of nude photos of her on Instagram. At the time, the model accused her ex and his clan of having slut shamed and defamed her.
Though the Kardashian petitioned to have Chyna’s lawsuit dismissed, a Los Angeles judge ruled against it this Wednesday.

“We thank the court for its careful, well-reasoned rulings,” tweeted Lisa Bloom after the decision. “We look forward to getting a trial date next month and aggressively fighting for Chyna's rights at trial.”
