Kanye West Gets Boos For Pro-Trump Rant After 'SNL' Appearance

Kanye West shocked the crowd after his guest shot on Saturday Night Live by proclaiming his love for President Donald Trump.
As the NBC late night show ended, West went into one of his stream-of-consciousness rants, saying, "You want to see the sunken place? Ok, I'ma listen to y'all now. I'll put my superman cape on 'cause this means, you can't tell me what to do.
"Follow your heart and stop following your mind. That's how we're controlled. That's how we're programmed. If we want the world to move forward, try love. Thank y'all for giving me this platform, I know some of y'all don't agree." The rapper was then cut off as the SNL broadcast ended.
West then gave a speech defending his support for President Trump at the end of his “Saturday Night Live” appearance, eliciting boos from the audience and causing cast members to shake their heads.
Kim Kardashian's controversial husband wore Trump's famed “Make America Great Again” hat during the bizarre appearance.
Right before stating his political views, West had performed his song “Ghost Town.”
During the rant, he also said, “I wanna cry right now, black man in America, supposed to keep what you’re feelin’ inside right now…The blacks want always Democrats…you know it’s like the plan they did, to take the fathers out the home and put them on welfare… does anybody know about that? That’s a Democratic plan.”
He continued, “There’s so many times I talk to a white person and they say, ‘How could you like Trump, he’s racist?’ Well, if I was concerned about racism I would’ve moved out of America a long time ago.”
Although it's clear he's a big fan of his friend, President Trump, West also stated he would run for president himself in 2020.
He concluded his talk by thanking the show “even though some of y’all don’t agree,” as Variety reported.
Only a few audience members clapped. West also performed “I Love It" with Lil Pump and dressed up as a Perrier bottle.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, earlier this year, followers questioned West's sanity as he posted a photo showing off his Trump-signed red "Make America Great Again" hat hours before he was seen wearing it while leaving a recording studio.
West also has blasted those who would try to shut down independent thought, and supports polarizing black conservative Candace Owens.
The singer has been spending a lot of time with Owens recently.
