In The Clear! Kanye West Announces Dad Has Finally Beat Cancer

Despite his many controversial scandals, Kanye West has something to celebrate.
This Tueday, the "All Mine" rapper announced his beloved dad has finally overcome cancer!
"Overcome fear," West, 41, captioned an Instagram photo of a plate of bugs. "My dad and I are going to eat this plate of bugs to celebrate him beating cancer. No more fear."
West's happy reveal comes two months after RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed his father, Ray West, had been diagnosed with the deadly illness.
"His dad is sick with stomach cancerOpens a New Window.," his one-time stepmother Cheryl Carmichael West told RadarOnline.com this July, adding that the rapper's dad got the news last spring.
The horrific health scare came two years after West was forced to mourn the death of his mother, Donda. On various interviews, the star has said he even contemplated suicide following her sudden passing.
Now, however, Kanye West's only parent is out of the woods!
