Kailyn Lowry has been raising her son Lux on her own, but now her baby daddy Chris Lopez wants to be involved. On this week’s Teen Mom 2, Lopez files for emergency visitation rights.

“I haven’t talked to him in two months and he hasn’t asked to see his son,” she said. “Chris said him not having contact with the baby is detrimental to the baby and will cause harm by him not knowing his father. Mind you, he didn’t sign the birth certificate, he didn’t want me to file for custody or child support, but then he turned around and filed for custody.”

She continued, “Every child needs their father and I don’t have the right to take Chris away from his son. But at the same time the baby is four months old. Nobody knows what’s best for this baby more than me.”

After court, Lowry explained how he got supervised visits for the four weeks. The time will be supervised by his aunt.

“Why can’t the person who supervises the visits be a neutral party?” she said. “I don’t trust his family to be there. I got what I wanted for Lux, but I’m upset still. There is no winning. Lux still loses because he won’t have both of his parents.”

Also on the episode, Briana DeJesus decided to return to work. With the help of her baby daddy Luis, she chose a daycare for her youngest daughter.

While at lunch, her mother Roxanne brought up how Luis barely checks in on his daughter.

“A text or two is very much appreciated,” DeJesus said, as he responded, “I suck at communicating, but it doesn’t mean I don’t think of her and always have her on my mind. When I’m away I will communicate with you more often.”

For Jenelle Evans’ birthday, her and her husband David decide to take their children skiing.

“These kids are f**king driving me nuts,” Eason said. “Ever since I woke up they’ve been running around going crazy.”

When Kaiser said he had to go to the bathroom, Eason said, “If you poop in your pants you’re going to be in big trouble mister. You just went to the potty. Stop it. Eat your food.”

Then in the car Eason screamed, “We’re going home because you don’t know how to act right! This is how it’s going to be when you don't act right. Take your a** back to the house.”

Also on the episode, Chelsea Houska had mediation with Adam Lind to lower child support.

After court, she explained how he has no bank account because it was closed and no vehicle. She continued that while his house is paid in full, he doesn’t pay his bills.

“He doesn’t want to apply for a job because as of today he’s going to start his own business,” she said. “When asked what business he wants to start, he said he hasn’t gotten that far yet. How are you going to start a business with no money?”
