Running From The Law? Justin Fled Restaurant After Headbutting Incident, Cops Confirm
Justin Bieber left Serafina after allegedly attacking an innocent bystander — but he won’t be charged with a crime, RadarOnline.com has learned.
“Deputies interviewed the victim who refused medical attention and stated he did not want to file a police report,” the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement.
“Deputies did not see any visible marks on the victim.,” it continued. “The witness also stated, the bartenders involved in the altercation with Mr. Bieber had left the location prior to deputies’ arrival and did not want to file a police report.”
Regardless, the LASD asked anyone with information on the incident to come forward.
RadarOnline.com previously reported that Bieber, 22, was at his producer’s pre-Grammy party when he was being recorded against his will. He allegedly head-butted the person filming him in retaliation.
Specifics of the fight remain a mystery, even to those who were present.
“I’m not even sure what happened,” his producer, Poo Bear, told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “I’m not even clear on it. I’m still trying to figure it out myself.”
