Bieber, 24, and Baldwin, 21, allegedly secretly tied the knot in a New York courthouse on Sept 13.

The wedding was an unusually quiet and low-key event, with only a few friends present. RadarOnline.com sources reveal Bieber would have preferred to have his family and friends present when they wed but that it was Baldwin who forced the shotgun wedding.

"This entire marriage and the no prenup, had to have been Hailey's idea," insisted the informant. "Justin wouldn't rush into something this big on a whim."

"His team is desperately pleading with him to understand the scope of this situation and are asking his father to knock some sense into him.”
