Divorce Drama! Jules Wainstein Blasted In Court For Partying & Hiding 'RHONY' Money

Jules Wainstein spent Valentine's Day getting slammed by her estranged husband in court! The Real Housewives of New York star was accused of partying hard and hiding money from Michael in a Manhattan courtroom today, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

Judge Michael Katz ruled that Jules could sell her Apthorp apartment despite Michael's request to keep the home after he failed to pay child support and rent for his estranged wife, and their two children Jagger and Rio.

The judge also failed to recalculate child support and maintenance based on Michael's new tax returns filed for 2013, 2014 and 2015.

But Michael's lawyer Leia Richardson didn't give up without a fight, as she accused Jules of partying and refusing to help out her money-strapped husband!

"My client has been compliant to the best of his abilities," Richardson said. "He did provide the money from the sale of the Mercedes, at no time did she help to remedy any of the debts. No money has been offered by her!"

She continued, "She's out every night on Instagram, she has a podcast. We have no information on what she's earning from her appearances and her health drink sales."

But Jules' lawyer Allan Mayefsky fired back, explaining how Michael was delayed in providing her with the money from the sale of the Mercedes.

The couple is expected to face off again in court on March 28.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Jules and Michael were sued for failing to pay nearly $72,000 in rent. The former reality star was hit with an eviction notice last month for the third and fourth floors of the apartment where she resides with her children.

Michael's eviction hearing will be on February 27.
