Wedding Disaster! Details Of Josiah & Lauren Duggar’s Nightmare Nuptials Revealed
Josiah Duggar and his new wife Lauren may be basking in newlywed bliss now, but RadarOnline.com can exclusively report the couple’s wedding appeared to be a nightmare.
According to an insider who bore witness to the new couple’s nuptials on June 30, both the ceremony and reception looked like a complete disaster.
“The whole event was chaotic,” the spy said in disgust. “Everything was messed up.”
The couple said ‘I do’ at John Brown University Cathedral of the Ozarks in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Before the two rode off in a car decked out with Post-It notes and balloons, the insider told RadarOnline.com that nothing went smoothly.
“The organizer messed everything up for the volunteers and the venue,” the source said.
The wedding was planned for free by a friend of the famous family who appeared on 19 Kids and Counting.
The source divulged that the chaos at the ceremony began before the couple even arrived.
“The wedding was still being set up the afternoon of,” said the source.
The Duggars’ weddings are usually packed with family friends and relatives. Another source told RadarOnline.com the wedding consisted of a “huge” crowd including volunteers who worked around the clock.
The insider spilled that the nuptials were filmed and will appear on the family’s TLC show, Counting On. In the upcoming episode, the source added that Michelle will thank the wedding planner for making the wedding a hit, “but she didn’t do anything for that wedding!”
Josiah and Lauren’s wedding appeared to be doomed from the start as the couple’s shotgun wedding replaced their original plans of a New Year’s Eve celebration, sparking pregnancy rumors.
