A new Reelz documentary is finally providing answers in the 20-year-old mystery of John Denver's death.
On October 12, 1997, the world was shocked to learn that Denver, age 53 at the time, had perished when the plane he was piloting crashed into the Pacific Ocean. Adding to the turmoil of the tremendous loss was the baffling lack of clarity on what caused the “Rocky Mountain High” singer's accident.

Following the crash, investigators were only able to recover pieces of the plane and of Denver's body, however, forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Hunter is now using those small fragments to piece together the case like never before.
