On Monday, Janet Jackson led mourners at her father Joe Jackson's funeral services in Glendale, California. The ceremony was held at Forest Lawn — the same place where Michael Jackson was laid to rest in 2009.
The two beauties had been fighting about Joe's funeral ever since his tragic passing. The model, 20, wanted to create an unforgettable ceremony, worthy of a King, while Janet simply wanted to have a standard funeral, as she never had a good relationship with her father.
As readers know, Joe Jackson, 89, died last Wednesday, June 27, after losing his battle to cancer. His most beloved family members, including granddaughter Paris, rushed to his side to be with him in his final moments.
During his funeral, mourners in black outfits gathered to pay their respects to the fallen patriarch. Despite their lifelong feuds, abuse claims and estrangement scandals, Joe's living children and extended family members showed up.
According to a Radar source, however, there was a long list of celebrities who refused to make an appearance.
