Joe Giudice To Return To Court This Summer In Deportation Proceedings

Joe Giudice will return to court in August in his fight against the government's plans to deport him from the country, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice's husband will attend a master calendar hearing on August 15 in Pennsylvania's Allenwood prison, where he is currently finishing the remainder of his three-year sentence on fraud charges, the Department of Justice told RadarOnline.com exclusively in a statement.

According to Department of Justice records, the 46-year-old father of four will appear before an immigration judge to discuss pleadings and/or scheduling during the hearing.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported on June 21, Joe is officially in removal proceedings, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesperson confirmed.

Though his sentence will not be completed until March 2019, the reality dad could be kicked out of the country and booted to his native Italy before that time, the ICE told RadarOnline.com.

If he is able to complete his sentence, he will immediately be turned over to ICE custody.

According to top New Jersey immigration lawyer Eric Mark, chances of Joe being deported are close to 100%.

Both Teresa, 46, and her felon husband are "in denial" of the severity of the issue, a source previously told RadarOnline.com.

"She says often, 'When Joe comes home…'" the source said. "It is horrible."
