Teresa Giudice’s husband Joe has been ordered to return to his native country Italy during a deportation hearing in immigration court today. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s cousin Rich Wakile exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com that no one is going to be more affected by the deportation than his four daughters.

“It’s terrible, terrible event,” Rich exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “His daughters are going to suffer most of all from this. It’s a shame. His daughters mean everything to him.”

Although Rich and his wife Kathy have publicly feuded with Teresa and Joe on RHONJ over the years, he has kept in touch with Giudice during his prison stint for fraud. He even wished he were able to help during the court hearing.

“I wish family members had an opportunity to speak on his behalf prior to all of this,” he said. “We would’ve been all there to speak, sign any letter of petitions on his behalf. That wasn’t an opportunity given to us.”

But Wakile is hopeful Giudice will win his appeal, which he has until November 9 to file.

“I still have hope another door will open up for him and he will remain in the states,” he said. “I hope an appeals court can give him a chance.”

Wakile added that he is going to discuss with his wife Kathy their next moves to help the family.

“There isn’t a way I can drive to Pennsylvania to sit down and talk to him,” he said. “We have to let things pan out. This is a shocker. I feel for him and his daughters.”

Wakile previously told RadarOnline.com that he blames the Bravo show for his cousin-in-law’s legal troubles.

“He got the shortest end of the stick out of anyone else I know on TV,” Rich said. “He got zero benefits from it. He personally got zero benefits out of it. That’s the disgusting and terrible part.”

When asked if he believes the show ruined his life, he replied, “Hell yeah!”

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Judge John Ellington told Joe at the October 10 court hearing in Pennsylvania’s York Immigration Court, “Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief. Mr. Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best. I decided this case as a matter of law.”

Joe, 46, who appeared via teleconference, responded to the ruling, “I don’t understand how I can be deported on this case. If you will, I’ll tell you my side. I shouldn’t even be here right now.”

He continued of daughters Gia, 17, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 9, “I have to go back and tell my kids this, and they’ve been waiting to hear from me… My charges are one of the lowest charges in this whole BOP facility or whatever you call it. I can explain.”

Joe was sentenced to prison for 41 months for federal fraud charges and is currently serving his sentence.
