Jessa Uses Son Henry To Defy Jim Bob!
Jessa Seewald went behind her dad Jim Bob’s back and did the unthinkable: she let her son watch reality TV!
The Counting On star posted a video to her Instagram Thursday night showing her son, Henry sitting on her lap with his eyes wide open. The mother-son duo were inches away from Seewald’s laptop that was playing an episode of HGTV’s Fixer Upper!
“Glued,” Seewald captioned the video, suggesting that Henry was addicted to the show.
Jessa and Ben Seewald's son will turn one year old on February 6. They also have another child, Spurgeon, 2.
This is a bold move for Seewald, 25, who grew up under the discipline of Jim Bob.
In 2011, the Duggar patriarch told the Huffington Post that his kids were not able to watch television unless it was a “wholesome” program on DVD.
Duggar also admitted to the writer that he and his wife, Michelle watched TV together years ago and it was “detrimental to their marriage.”

Although the family later became famous for documenting their own lives on TV, the Duggar clan reportedly never grew up with cable for that reason.
Seewald isn’t the only Duggar spawn to recently defy her father’s rules. Jinger Vuolo and her big sis, Jill Dillard recently rocked tight-fitting and see-through outfits, RadarOnline.com reported.
The clip of Fixer Upper Seewald and Henry enjoyed Thursday night wasn’t exactly baby friendly. The 25-year-old mom and her baby boy watched the Waco, Texas couple conduct a home demolition, which involved the slamming of furniture with hammers.
Seewald’s defiance also comes after her brother Josiah was caught getting touchy-feely with his new girlfriend, Lauren Swanson. The couple was busted for hugging and possibly kissing, RadarOnline.com revealed.
