Years before she was known for being Ortiz-Magro’s on-again, off-again love, Jen Harley was arrested for indecent exposure stemming from an alleged public threesome, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

According to a North Las Vegas Police Department report obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, mom of two Harley, began having “sexual intercourse” with a female and a male in a public hot tub in Sin City — in front of a couple and their two young children.

On August 5, 2007, a couple called Vegas police with claims they witnessed Harley, the man and woman engaging in “offensive” activity as their 7-year-old and 9-year-old children looked on in horror.

“Harley was topless, and the female was completely nude,” the responding officer claimed. “The male was behind the female moaning.”

According to the female witness, Harley and her female friend were kissing, then began having “sexual intercourse” with the male.

A pool maintenance worker verified he spotted the two women undressing.

Harley’s frisky female friend told officers the three were just having some “adult” fun, the police report claims.

Harley and the female were arrested for indecent exposure.

Harley, now 31, was charged with a gross misdemeanor and pleaded guilty to a lesser lewd or lascivious act charge.

The reality guest star has an extensive criminal record.
