As RadarOnline.com reported, the gang was all together in Las Vegas when Ortiz-Magro's estranged girlfriend Jen Harley was accused of assaulting him in Planet Hollywood. Cops told RadarOnline.com they planned to issue a warrant for her arrest.

To top if off, the new dad's beloved dog was found dead in the pool of his Las Vegas home.

Ortiz-Magro and Harley have reportedly clashing over their infant daughter, Ariana Skye.
