A Schedule III substance includes "Ketamine, Anabolic Steroids, some Barbiturates," according to the Brunswick County Jail.

Evans’ ex was locked up in the Brunswick County Jail in North Carolina for the drug violation and for a parole violation.

His arrest came as Evans was battling for her job with MTV after her current husband, David Eason, was fired from the show after his homophobic rant. The network was holding meetings to determine Evans’ future on the show but an insider told Radar she was considering quitting in solidarity with her husband.

Rogers recently tied the knot with Lindsey Frazier and the couple were expecting a baby together.

Rogers and Eason were cellmates in prison and when Eason was released he ended up meeting Evans and marrying her.
