Jenelle Evans is marrying into a family of crime! RadarOnline.com can reveal exclusive details on David Eason’s brother’s crime spree that landed him in the slammer.
According to the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office, James Miller Eason II, was arrested on March 21, 2017 at 11a.m.
James, 34, was busted for one count of attempting to break into or enter a building, two counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, three counts of first-degree burglary, and one count of breaking and entering.
According to WECT6, who was the first to break the news, James stole a 55-inch TV from one home, and two beers and a pair of sunglasses from a second between 2a.m. and 7a.m.
From a vehicle he broke into, James swiped an Apple iPad.
He is currently being held at Brunswick County Detention Center on $250,000 bond.
David’s sister April exclusively told RadarOnline.com of the crime, “It’s hard enough. We all have a relationship with him, but Jenelle doesn’t hang out with him.”
But James isn’t the only family member who’s been busted by police. David was sentenced to 60 days in prison in October after violating a domestic violence protective order his ex-girlfriend filed against him.
Eason was arrested in March 2016 when he ran into his son at the grocery store and hugged him despite the order.
He has appealed the sentencing.
Eason, who is also father to Maryssa from a previous relationship and Ensley with fiancée Jenelle, was first arrested in May 2014 when he was accused of “assaulting, a female person, by grabbing the victim around the throat and saying to the victim, ‘I will kill you b****.”
He was found not guilty.
