Heading To Jail? Jenelle Evans’ Fiance Begging Jury Not To Lock Him Up

Jenelle Evans’ fiancé will soon face a jury over an alleged violation of his domestic violence protective order, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

A judge sentenced the Teen Mom 2 star’s baby daddy, David Eason, to 60 days in jail after he ran into his young son with an ex-girlfriend in a grocery store and hugged him on March 24, 2016.

According to the arrest warrant obtained from the New Hanover Clerk of Court’s Office, the child’s grandmother and aunt became “frightened” when Eason “grabbed” his son after he was told to move away from him.

Now a jury is going to decide his ultimate fate, with a court date finally set for August 7.

"I'm confident he will be vindicated in court after a jury hears the facts,” his attorney, Dustin Sullivan, exclusively told Radar.

The MTV star and Eason now share a child together, daughter Ensley, who was born in January, and he was just given custody of his other daughter, Maryssa, as well.
