Javi Marroquin Furious Kailyn Lowry Kept Pregnancy A Secret: 'He Had A Right To Know'
Feb. 27 2017, Updated 5:25 p.m. ET
Kailyn Lowry kept her third pregnancy a secret from her ex-husband Javi Marroquin – and the bombshell has strained their tumultuous relationship even further. A source close to the Teen Mom 2 dad exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com how he feels about being kept in the dark.
"Someone told Javi about it," the source told RadarOnline.com. "We knew because she kept hiding her stomach. He was pissed off."
As Lowry revealed in a blog post only hours after RadarOnline.com broke the exclusive story, she told ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera of the pregnancy because they can "have adult conversations about things." As for Marroquin, she "never got to have a conversation with him about it."
"Why is Jo any better to know than Javi?" the insider asked. "Javi had a right to know. This is going to be Lincoln's other sibling! It's hard to watch Javi go through all these things."
The source added how Marroquin was "so upset" the night Lowry confirmed the news.
"He was looking at his son thinking, 'What is she doing to the both of us?'"
Although Marroquin continues to have a "great" relationship with his stepson Isaac, 6, he isn't going be close with Lowry's third child.
"Him and Isaac are so close and it's going to be Lincoln's sibling, but I don't think he can look at this kid and feel the same way," the source said.
As readers know, Marroquin blasted Lowry, who has yet to reveal the identity of the baby daddy, over Twitter.
"The boys will be okay on our end I promise," he tweeted. He then captioned a photo of their 3-year-old son, "My son, follow your dreams. I'll pick up the pieces for you. Love, your dad."
He then asked fans, "Take a shot for me."
The pregnancy comes only months after Lowry and Marroquin divorced because she didn't want to have another child.
