As readers know, Maddie accidentally drove into a pond and was submerged in water for minutes before paramedics arrived. Watson, 34, and Spears were unable to unfasten her seatbelt at the time.

She remained in critical condition for days, but now she is smiling and walking again.

On Sunday, Jamie Lynn shared a quote of the day, reminding followers of her spiritual beliefs with the hashtag #jesusalways.

Aunt Britney Spears, who's mother to sons Sean and Jayden Federline, cancelled her upcoming performance rehearsals to be by Maddie's side for her recovery. The singer also thanked fans for their prayers as her niece's condition improved.
