Ivana Trump is standing by her ex-husband's controversial meeting with North Korea's notorious dictator, Kim Jong-Un.

"He did great!" she told RadarOnline.com while promoting her new "Italiano Diet" with Gianluca Mech at The Plaza's famed Oak Room in New York City.

Though she praised his diplomacy, Ivana, still slim at 69, had less praise for her former husband's infamously poor diet.

The mom to Ivanka, Eric, and Donald Jr. confessed her husband is too fixed in his ways to try her new line of low-calorie pizza, pasta and cookies.

“During the campaign it was all junk food. It was very hard to eat healthy and I don’t think he is ready to change now," she said.

Ivana, dressed in red sequins at the luxury New York hotel, remained focused on her cause: fighting obesity.

“I’m fighting obesity, that’s my goal,” she told Radar, adding that she commended Michelle Obama's public health campaign to decrease childhood obesity.

“She did a great job with the children,” she praised of the First Lady.
