Tina Turner's Family Fractured After Son's Suicide: Star's 'Not Close' To Kin

Tina Turner's family is a mess after her son Craig's shocking suicide – and a source close to the singer exclusively spilled to RadarOnline.com that she is doing nothing to help!

An insider claims that Tina, 78, is more distant from her family members than ever before.

"Tina's not very close with her own family," said the source. "She hasn't even met her great-grandchildren."

Tina currently lives in Zurich with her second husband, Erwin Bach. While the heartbroken mother returned to Los Angeles to spread her son Craig's ashes into the Pacific Ocean, a family insider claimed that before the devastating loss, she hadn't paid her family a visit in the states for over a decade.

"Tina's sons have not spent any Christmas or birthday with her in the last 15 years," said the family insider.

The insider also blamed Ike Turner's ex-wife for failing to check in with her late son, Craig, who was "depressed" before his passing.

"Craig was very depressed about his family and financial problems," the family insider continued. "Craig was upset because his mother wasn't around. He spent holidays and birthdays by himself. She never visited him."

As RadarOnline.com readers know, a coroner's report for Craig, 59, showed he died of suicide on July 3. His sister-in-law, Afida Turner, discovered him dead at his home.

According to the coroner's report, Afida claimed to police that he had relapsed on alcohol before the suicide and was "upset" over his slashed family income.

Plus, the insider claimed that Tina failed to reach out to her son, Ronnie, and daughter-in-law, Afida, after they found her son's body.
