Heidi Klum Desperate To Replace Kim Cattrall In ‘Sex And The City 3’

RadarOnline.com has learned Heidi Klum is dying to replace Kim Cattrall in the stalled Sex and the City 3 movie, and sources say she’s kissing up to exec producer Sarah Jessica Parker to make it happen.

“Klum thinks she’d be perfect for the role of Samantha or another sexy character to complete the foursome,” an insider told RadarOnline.com.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, the third installment of the popular HBO-show-turned-movie franchise is currently stalled amidst the growing feud between Cattrall, who originated the character Samantha, and series star Parker.

It all started last year, when sources revealed that SATC3 was scrapped after Cattrall, 61, reportedly told producers she’d return only if they helped produce other movies and projects she had in development. The producers were quick to say no, and the threequel has been stalled ever since.

But Klum, 45, has a history with the show, and would love the chance to rescue it from the cutting room floor.

“Heidi did a cameo on the show a few years back and had a great time,” the source added.

And if Parker, 53, and her partners are looking for inspiration for a new story for the ladies, they can certainly mine Klum’s passionate adventures with younger men, including current boytoy, Tom Kaulitz. The 28-year-old singer has not been shy about showing his older lady some hot and heavy PDA.

For Klum, it all adds up to her being the perfect addition to the ladies club.

But the busy businesswoman won’t wait for the phone to ring forever.

“She’s done making overtures and trying to set up a meeting with Sarah to nail the part,” the source said. “Sarah didn’t want to do the movie without Kim but at least she knows there’s other options.”
