Gwyneth Paltrow has moved on with her new husband, Brad Falchuk, but she still expects her ex, Chris Martin, to toe the line when it comes to their conscious uncoupling claims.

In the new documentary Coldplay: A Head Full of Dreams, Martin, 41, made the mistake of confessing he felt “completely worthless” after he and Paltrow went through their “painful” split in 2014.

I was just like, ‘I’m a mess,’ really, because I can’t enjoy the great things around me,” he said. “Then, of course, I went through a break-up with Gwyneth. Listen, I’m never going to moan, I’m grateful for everything, but it was pretty touch and go.”

Once Paltrow, 46, got wind of what he was saying, she was livid.

“Despite the fact that Gwyneth is building a new married life with Brad, she still likes to keep up this idea that she and Chris have an unshakeable bond,” a source explained to Grazia.

“She was furious that he took their separation to such a dark place in the documentary as it goes against everything she’d said previously,” said the source, adding, “She can’t help but feel this is further proof that Chris is no longer interested in playing by her rules.”
