Gwyneth Paltrow and longtime boyfriend Brad Falchuk are now engaged!

"We feel incredibly lucky to have come together at this juncture in our lives when our collective successes and failures can serve as building blocks for a healthy and happy relationship," the couple said in a joint statement, according to reports.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Us Weekly first broke the happy news in November of last year. "They both knew it would happen, but it wasn't a big thing to them because they were both in long marriages before. There wasn't a rush," a source told the publication at the time.

Gwyneth Paltrow, 45, and Brad Falchuk, 46, were both in long marriages before beginning their fairytale romance. They have been dating for over three years, and are celebrating their exciting union in the newest edition of GOOP Magazine.
