Donald Trump filed a motion for dismissal in a defamation lawsuit against him by former Apprentice contestant Summer Zervos. And in his attempt to get the case thrown out, the President is now accusing Zervos' lawyer, Gloria Allred, of attempting to impeach him with her involvement in the case. RadarOnline.com has obtained the court docs accompanying the motion for dismissal filed Friday in New York state court by Trump’s top attorney, Marc Kasowitz.

“Ms. Zervos and her counsel have openly conceded — indeed, bragged — that their true motivation is to use this action for political purposes as a pretext to obtain broad discovery that they hoped could be used in impeachment hearings to distract from the President’s agenda,” claims the suit.

As readers know, Zervos filed a defamation suit three days before Trump was sworn in to Office, accusing him of defaming her name by blasting her as a liar after she revealed he'd allegedly sexually assaulted her.

In the docs, Zervos accused Trump of attempting to kiss her twice back in 2007. She claimed he attacked her in a hotel room. Trump fired back denying the allegations and stated he “never met Mr. Zervos at a hotel or greeted her inappropriately."

Trump also argues that the law bars Presidents from being sued during Office. “This action should be dismissed in its entirety,” Kasowitz added in the filing. “First, and fundamentally, the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution prevents this State Court from hearing this action, whatever its merit or lack thereof, against a sitting President,” the filing asserts. “The action therefore should be dismissed without prejudice to Ms. Zervos refiling after the President leaves office, or stayed until such time."

Furthermore, Trump says in the suit Gloria Allred is a self-proclaimed “political activist” who broadcast the false allegations for her client in an attempt to become part of the public debate during the Presidential campaign.

He describes the famed Hollywood pit bull attorney as a “high-profile Democratic fundraiser who has politically opposed Donald Trump for decades, considered Hillary Clinton her 'she-ro,' and found President Trump’s historic victory 'very painful.'"
