Although the restaurant is not yet listed on the RPM Restaurants website, the DC authorities said a new restaurant – named RPM Italian/Café 110 and owned by the same corporation as the Rancic’s first one – will be opening soon in the capitol. They had their first inspection on December 16, 2016, where they were hit with five code violations.

The fired E! host and her hubby’s new place did not have “adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible,” nor did they have “thermometers provided and accurate,” the report states.

The new restaurant was also dinged for “contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, and display,” with the document noting “linens and personal clothing accessories in contact with food products and ingredients in storage,” and “employee personal belongings (beverages )in contact with foods along the chef's line refrigeration unit,” both of which were corrected on site.

RPM Italian/Café 110 is located about one mile from Bill’s old boss, President Donald Trump, who lives in the White House on Pennsylvania Avenue. He has not yet visited the Apprentice winner’s other restaurant in DC, but Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner did!

The final violation for the new establishment was a “large volume of waste foods in trash bags without contact or variance for reclamation by a licensed company.” They were ordered to correct the problem within 14 calendar days.

A recommendation for a license was made by the inspector, but a number was not available for the restaurant as of March 15, 2017, and no opening date was noted.
