Prowant revealed on the MTV show that she got married to a marine when she was 20 years old.
“We were so in love and he was so good,” she told her housemates. “I thought he was going to be the guy for me forever. He was amazing and my parents loved him. And then we decided… The one thing a woman wants to have in life is to have a baby so we got pregnant and then I lost the baby, I had a miscarriage. After the miscarriage, my husband deployed a month later. I had to get over that myself.”
She then revealed that he cheated on her when he came home from deployment.
“The guy I married turned out not to be what I thought he was,” she said.
The show premiered on November 27, 2017. During Prowant’s time on the show, she went on a date with housemate Gus Smyrnios and tried to pursue fellow co-star Jeremiah Buoni. She hooked up with Buoni’s brother Josh on the show.
