'Flip Or Flop' Star Tarek El Moussa's Horrific Health Crisis: Back Injury Details Revealed

Flip or Flop's Tarek El Moussa revealed he could barely walk last week due to a serious back injury, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned what caused his most recent health crisis.

"He injured his back lifting at the gym," a source close to El Moussa revealed to RadarOnline.com.

In an upsetting Instagram post, the HGTV star admitted his recent health setback is "very scary." The last time he injured his back, El Moussa revealed he was put on pain meds, which "really affected" his mental and physical state.

The Flip or Flop host said he's "very down" and that his injury feels as if he's "in a bad dream."

Unfortunately for El Moussa, the source revealed to RadarOnline.com that he's going to have to make some major life changes because of the injury.

"He's hurting," said the source. "He can't do squats or deadlifts for the rest of his life."

As RadarOnline.com readers know, El Moussa is no stranger to battling health problems. Christina El Moussa's husband previously battled testicular cancer.

And in September 2017, he shared a photo from inside of the gym where he revealed to fans he had hurt his shoulder. "THIS SUCKS!!!!" he captioned the photo above.
